Dr. Sabriah Postma, DC

We’re excited to have Dr. Postma as part of our care team, offering skilled chiropractic care, acupuncture, soft tissue therapies, and exercise therapy.

Dr Postma brings a genuine passion for helping people of all ages stay active and well. She has received chiropractic care since childhood for rehabilitation of sports injuries and acute complaints, which shaped her appreciation for a patient centered approach.

Dr Postma attended Grand Valley State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. She then completed her Doctorate of Chiropractic and acupuncture training at Logan University.

Before entering clinical practice, Dr Postma worked as a group exercise instructor and gained specialized experience in aquatic exercise for senior adults along with indoor cycling instruction. These early roles strengthened her understanding of movement quality, body awareness, and adaptive fitness. While in chiropractic school she expanded her skills by working with college athletes at Fontbonne University and The University of Minnesota, which gave her a strong foundation in both injury care and performance support.

Dr Postma carries this thoughtful and encouraging approach into every visit. She focuses on providing clear guidance and individualized care plans for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and chronic condition management. Her treatments may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapies, acupuncture, and targeted exercise prescription to restore balance, strength, and overall function. Patients value her attentive communication, her detail oriented care, and her commitment to helping each person move and feel their best.
