Dr. Justin Cosgrove is a Chiropractor, Sports Medicine Provider, and Certified Personal Trainer located in Warrenton MO specializing in spinal manipulation and injury recovery. 

Justin holds a Doctorate of Chiropractic, a Masters in Sports Medicine, and two Bachelor’s degrees: Human Biology, and Education.

Before becoming a chiropractor and sports medicine provider, Justin served as a Captain in the United States Army on active duty for 8 years. He’s a member of the local Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) post in Washington, Missouri. 

Justin and his wife Meghan are Warrenton natives raising their three children Stella, Nora, and Jo. Justin likes to spend time outdoors, working out, shooting his bow, and reading.
