Dr Justin A. Cosgrove, DC, MS
Dr. Justin Cosgrove grew up in Warrenton Missouri and graduated from Warrenton High School in 2007. He completed his undergraduate studies at Missouri State University, earning a degree in Technology Education in 2012.
Following graduation, Justin accepted a commission in the United States Army and served on active duty for eight years across three continents. During his military career, he held a wide range of leadership and operational roles, including Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, Commander, Targeting Officer, Battalion Intelligence Officer, and Officer in Charge of U.S. Army Central’s fusion cell. He served in several storied units, including the 4th Brigade Combat Team Currahee of the 101st Airborne Division and 1st Battalion of the 26th Infantry Regiment Blue Spaders. His military experience shaped his disciplined, evidence based approach to leadership, performance, and long term health.
After completing his military service, Justin pursued advanced education at the University of Western States in Oregon. He earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic, a Master’s degree in Sports Medicine, and Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology. His clinical training allows him to blend chiropractic care, sports medicine principles, and functional health strategies to help patients move better, recover from injury, and support their overall health.
Dr. Cosgrove’s approach to care focuses on understanding how the body functions as a whole. He emphasizes individualized treatment plans that address movement quality, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and long term resilience. By integrating hands on chiropractic care with functional health concepts, he helps patients not only feel better in the short term but also build a foundation for lasting wellness.
Outside of the clinic, Justin is married and the proud father of three daughters. He enjoys spending time shooting his bow, training in his garage gym, reading, and running trails. His personal interests reflect the same values he brings into his practice: consistency, movement, and a commitment to lifelong health.
